1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NQ Journal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of NQ Journal.

2. What NQ Journal is

NQ Journal is a trading journal tool that helps traders log, analyze, and review their trades. It is a journaling and analytics product — not financial advice. Nothing on NQ Journal constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NQ Journal
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions & payments

• NQ Journal is offered as a subscription service billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but may do so at our discretion

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NQ Journal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
• Upload any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

6. Your data

You own your trade data. We do not claim any rights over the content you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NQ Journal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data you enter will be preserved in the event of technical failure. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NQ Journal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of NQ Journal at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and allow data export.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
